Inspiration

With about 21,000 inhabitants, located between Rome and Naples, the city of Gaeta surprises with the beauty of a specific Italian bay, where seafood has a different flavor when you feel the breeze of the Tyrrhenian Sea. 

The first manuscript in which the word "pizza" was mentioned was found in Gaeta and dates from the year 997. So, what name could we give to a restaurant that wanted to be dedicated to the best pizza in the vicinity, if not Gaetana?! And because we wanted to offer a complete experience, we added recipes to the menu to end up with a restaurant with authentic Italian specifics.

To offer a complete experience and for every customer who crosses our threshold to feel closer to Italy and the specific air of the place, Gaetana enjoys the skill of two chefs and an executive chef, all 3 with over 10 years of experience in Italian cuisine. Executive sharing passione per la cucina over 20 years in Italy, Milan to be exact.

With more than 80% of ingredients of Italian origin, a decor inspired by the south of Italy, natural colors reminiscent of this area, where the climate is a little more arid, and with the live music - we want to stay authentic! From the cooking technique to the restaurant experience, we offer products and services of at least the same quality as in Italy's top restaurants.
